Sammenhold in San Francisco
San Francisco: tolerant, supportive, worldly. It looks like the sun may hold for a few more hours, so grab a Carlsberg and come join us for the free speech rally today.
Update 1:30pm: I just got back and it went well. We had 70-80 people, among them a Danish journalism student from Berkeley, many flags, a hottie handing out Havarti and a complete absence of local media.
I met organizer and “9/11 neocon” Cinnamon Stillwell as well as local blogger The Gentle Cricket. I’ve got some pictures -- but I am pushing my luck by blogging at work, so you’ll need to check back after dinner!
Michelle Malkin has some coverage.

It’s after dinner, and here are my pix. Feel free to use them.

Heh. Figures Instapundit would be usefull in at least connecting similar minded SF conservative :) On my list now, wish I would have seen this last week and would have left work "a little early"
Anyways, looking for more rational thinkers in this part of town, and good to see there is at least "one other Republican in Sanfrancico". BTW, I grew up here since 3rd grade and am now approaching my 40's. Amazing what alot of the same thing day in an out will do to convert you to the "light" side. Cheers.

Not in SF, but thank you for the reporting!
I send a basic note to the Danish people here (http://ajacksonian.blogspot.com/2006/02/dear-me-such-furor.html)[html tags not showing up, sorry for the clutter].
Please keep a lookout for the Raven Banner! When Danes start to wave *those*, nations had better tremble. Waiting for my first supply of Danish licorice, cheese, chocolate and coffee to arrive. Already have the Aquavit! Next up ham and sausage and many other good things...
